Capturing Context from In-Person or Non-Recorded Calls

Not every conversation happens on a recorded video call. An in-person meeting, a phone call, or even a quick voice memo you recorded on your own can still become real context in Decision Site.

Upload a recording from your phone

  1. Save the recording as a file on your phone first — a voice memo, video, audio file, or saved note. On an iPhone Voice Memo, open the recording, select Share, and choose Save to Files.
  2. Open your phone's browser and navigate to Decision Site.
  3. Sign in with your work account credentials.
  4. Select the Calendar icon.
  5. Open More Options (the three-dot menu) and select Upload Recording.
  6. Locate and select the file you saved earlier, then follow the prompts to upload it. Longer recordings take a few minutes to process; once complete, Decision Site generates the transcript and notes automatically.

Attach it to the right Decision Site

  1. Open the uploaded meeting record.
  2. Select More Options, then Manage Decision Sites.
  3. Choose the appropriate Decision Site and save your changes.

Need to fix the title or date? Use More Options → Edit Meeting Details on the same record.
