Individual User Settings

Settings — reached from the gear icon at the bottom left of any page — splits into what's personal to you and what your admin controls workspace-wide. This section covers the personal side.

Meeting emails

The toggle "Email me when a meeting recording and AI summary are ready" controls whether you get an automatic email once a call finishes processing. It only goes to internal attendees — never external guests or shared calendar/resource inboxes — and only fires if the meeting meets your organization's minimum length for a recap email (one minute, by default).

The email itself includes the meeting title, date and time, company, platform, participants, an AI-generated summary (objective, discussion, and highlights), and a link straight to the recording.

Workspace emails

Two digest emails exist, each with a global switch and a separate per-workspace switch — both need to be on for that workspace's email to actually send:

  • Daily — sends weekday mornings at 6am your local time, as long as you have a calendar connected. Covers today's external meetings, your open tasks (up to eight), and sometimes a CRM pipeline insight.
  • Weekly — sends Fridays. Recaps the past week's meetings, plus CRM activity (meetings logged, records updated) and how quickly your plans are moving.

Decision Site notifications

A grid of individual events, each with its own Email / In-App / SMS toggle. In-app is on by default; email and SMS are off until you turn them on. Categories include the Decision Site itself (a new contact added, a first-time visit), Artifacts (created, updated, removed, voted on, commented on, uploaded, downloaded), Milestones, Tasks (created, updated, assigned to you, commented on), Comments (mentions, thread replies), Meetings (scheduled, added, recording scheduled), and Forms (a response submitted).

Save your changes just for the Decision Site you're currently in, or use Save and Update All Decision Sites to apply the same preferences everywhere you're a contact.

AI Assistant settings

  • Response Language — your preferred language for AI replies.
  • AI Assistant Response Style — free-text instructions for how you want answers written, e.g. "keep it short, use bullet points."
  • Personal Context — background about your role and focus areas, so the assistant can tailor its answers to you specifically.

AI Notetaker preferences

The recording-mode and bot-naming controls covered earlier in Connecting Your Calendar & Recording Meetings live here too. A couple of extra details worth knowing: saving a change re-syncs your calendar and immediately schedules recordings for any matching future meetings, and on some workspaces, only Admins and Creators can actually edit this setting — everyone else sees it locked.

My Integrations

Cards here only appear if your workspace has that integration turned on — your calendar is the one exception, which always shows.

IntegrationWhat connecting enables
Google / Microsoft CalendarView upcoming events; create meetings from your calendar.
SalesforceUpdate opportunities; log meetings (needs org-level setup first).
SlackReceive notifications; manage Meetingflows.
Microsoft TeamsShare meeting summaries to a Teams channel (your admin connects the tenant; you connect your own account).
HubSpotLog meetings attributed to you (needs org-level setup first).
Dynamics 365Update records; log meetings, if your org has this enabled.

If this didn't answer your question, reach out to your Augment representative or your internal Decision Site admin — anything involving workspace settings, roles, or CRM setup needs an admin.
